• if you ordered the wrong size for your embroidery machine, we may be able to exchange the design for one that will fit your machine.

• If you ordered a duplicate of one you already have, we can issue a refund or store credit.

• We are committed to providing top quality designs. If you are having problems with a design, please let us know. Provide as many details as you can to help us pinpoint the issue which may includie photos of the sewout, what fabric and stabilizer you are using and what machine. If there is a problem with the design that we cannot fix within 72 hours, we will issue a refund or store credit.
