About the Senegal Parrot
These small short-tailedd parrots are native to West Africa. They naturally gregarious and tend to chatter quite a bit, though their voices are softer and quieter than many other parrot species. There are 3 subspecies that differ mainly in the color of their "vest" (yellow, orange and deep-orange to red).
